SoundEar is a range of noise warning signs that mount on the wall and give an immediate warning of high noise levels. The first version was launched over 20 years and has been through a few improvements since then.
The latest range, known as SoundEar 4 adds WiFi connection, an option to view results in the cloud or using the included software, and the Industrial version has a useful noise exposure indicator.
As with previous versions, the SoundEar 4 provides a nice, clear indication of the current sound level, with a green, amber, red display to warn when the noise levels are getting too high.
This version of the SoundEar 4 Noise Warning Sign is designed for the quieter environments, such as hospitals, offices, libraries and schools.
With the default setup, the sign will show the green ear symbol to remind everybody that the noise levels are important and are being monitored. If the noise gets too high then the yellow and eventually the red sections light up.
The SoundEar 4 logs the measured sound levels in case you want to view them in a report or analyze them more using the software.
The SoundEar 4 Industrial is designed for use in noisy environments such as factories, workshops and construction sites. It is ideal for those areas where the noise levels are not always high. They give an instant indication to workers that it is time to take action about the noise levels.
The central part of the display shows the typical traffic light green/yellow/red that indicates whether the instantaneous levels are acceptable or not.
This new version of the SoundEar also includes a noise exposure indicator. The bar of LEDs to the left of the sign light up to show the noise exposure over the previous 10, 15 or 60 minutes.

An extra-large version of the The SoundEar 4 Industrial sign for factories, workshops and construction sites where a larger display is needed. The functions are identical to the standard sign, just bigger.
