The Acoustic Interface Unit is designed to connect a noise measurement microphone to an existing logging or control system.

With standardized outputs it can be easily integrated with process control systems and used along with the Current Loop Outdoor Mic as part of a larger Noise Monitoring System.

The ZE908 takes its power from a 15V to 30V DC supply. It connects to and powers a noise measurement microphone preamplifier (see Options Page).

Noise Level Logging Systems - For simple logging systems, the unit outputs a DC level that is proportional to the Fast or Slow sound level. This can be monitored or logged accordingly.

Signal Analyzers - The AC output can be connected to a signal analyzer for processing. The ZE908 and preamplifier provide the amplification and conditioning to allow the signal to be sent longer distances.
