CR:281A Noise Nuisance Recorder

Neighbourhood and Environmental Noise Complaints. Remote Control for Complainant Operation. Complete self contained unit with DAT Recorder. Type 1 CR:703B Data Logging Sound Level Meter and Calibrator. Remote Microphone. Automatic Time and Date Marking on Recordings. Unweighted (linear) response recorded on to both channels with optional 'A' weighting on 1 channel. 4 hour recording capability with 24 hours battery standby operation.

The CR:280 series Noise Nuisance Recorders are designed to allow the user (often a resident complaining about third party noise) to record audio signals on a DAT recorder, using a simple remote control. The CR:281A version also records the calibrated acoustic levels for post-processing on a Windows PC.

The Nuisance Recorders are power by internal batteries (stand-by time of 24 hours) or external power supply.
